1. Sales Growth in Various Lengths

The sales goes up 50.12% in Jan.-Jun., 2010 than Jan.-Jun., 2009. In lengths, the sales of buses in all lengths apart from the extra large buses increase, which is another successive growth since Jan. 2010. It indicates that the positive influence of national good economic development is still making on the bus market and the growth rate shows the sign of decreasing, compared with that of previous months. The biggest growth show at 5-6 meter, and then 11-12 meter, 8-9 meter, in particular the strong trend of rural passenger transport market and 11-12 meter large buses turn on, which are also the main factor for market growing of buses in the first half of 2010. Meanwhile, the extra large bus market is increasing shrinking.

① The sales volume increases 5376 units in Jan.-Jun.2010 than Jan.-Jun.,2009, year-on-year growth of 101.2%, which owns the highest growth rate among King Long, Higer, Golden Dragon and Yutong, more almost 51 percentage than the growth speed of the industry. It tells that the growth speed of King Long in Jan.-Jun. 2010 is still fast.

② The big growth on 6-7 meter buses and 5-6 meter buss contributes to the increasing of King Long Bus while the sales volume is small over the same period of last year. The sales goes up 3760 units this year.

③ King Long Bus ranks No.2 in the industry for the large-sized 11-12 meter buses, second to Yutong Bus. The sales of King Long 10-11 meter and 7-8 meter buses is much more than that of the industry. The sales range of extra large buses reaches 400% for King Long while negative growth for the industry.

The sales goes up 60.24% for seat buses in Jan.-Jun.2010, less almost 2% than that in Jan.-Apr. 2010. In lengths, it only reduces in extra large buses, while all increase in other lengths, especially 5-6 meter, and then 11-12 meter, and 8-9 meter. It indicates that the sales increasing of seat buses is main factors for the growth of the general bus market in the first six months in 2010 and the sales growth of seat buses contributes to that of 11-12 meter buses. The market capacity of 5-6 meter buses is larger than that of city buses. Also, the sales of extra large bus still grows and surpasses the general growth rate of bus market.
