There is no doubt that China is weak in car-making technology around the global. So cooperation with foreign motor giants is the only choice for domestic bus builders to develop themselves. And the only difference between Youngman and other vehicle manufacturers lies that Youngman is just spending on technology introduction without joint ventures with foreign car makers.

Pang Qingnian purchased Beifang Fulai Motor Co., Ltd. which was on the verge of bankruptcy, with nine million cash to become general manager of the reformed enterprise. Pang immediately ating procedure and product structure.

At the same time Germany Neoplan bus technology was introduced. However, the cooperation negotiation proved to be tough. Finally, Pang’s firmness and persistence moved counterpart, and they agreed to provide Neoplan bus technology synchronous with Europe and assist technological trainings.

And two years later, the first “Eurostar” bus rolled off the production line in Jinhua Neoplan assembly plant. Since then Youngman Neoplan is getting better and better.

Youngman bus has always concentrating on producing high-end buses. Quoted as Mr. Pang saying, passengers are always riding luxurious, comfortable and safe buses, and as unceasing development of tourism and highway, more and more people will identify with such idea. Youngman bus has made brilliant achievements over ten-year development:

Youngman four-meter double-deck bus was developed in 2005, and this was the first highway-double-decker with 86 seats, much more than ever 40~50-seat-bus. Carrying on the same number of passengers, the bus consumed 50% less fuel-gas, emissions and highway resources than average buses saving 10 tons of steel.

Recently Youngman bus released the first triple-deck sleeper bus, JNP6137WF, around the global. Under financial crisis and high-speed railway competition, the super large sleeper bus with 61 beds was developed to passenger flow volume of travelers migrants. Mr. Ye, the first buyer of the bus, praised the bus as luxurious and grand with fairly good safety and stability.

"Only if passengers win, then bus owner can win; only if bus owners win, then bus builders can win.” ----All-win concept.

"The company making cooperation with us is international well-known brand with most advanced techniques, and our competitiveness is getting stronger in this process,” said Pang, “Introduction is just the process and we can make sure that the brand is in our hand.”

Enterprises have to consider not only their own benefits but also clients’ benefits. And this is win-win concept.

And all-win concept means that a company has to place itself into whole modern marketing network to consider benefits of all the participators, namely from manufacturers to customers.
