177 Golden Dragon Buses Exported to Israel

Recently, a grand ceremony was held in Xiamen to mark the export of a batch of buses made by Golden Dragon Bus to Israel. With Euro VI Emission Standards, the deal is a new milestone in the history of China's bus manufacturing industry. According to the bus maker, its customer from Israel placed an order of 177 units Golden Dragon buses with a total value of 27 million USD. The buses are expected to be delivered in three batches. As a wholly independently developed low-floor city bus, the vehicle is ideal for urban public transportation. The wide low-floor greatly enhances the efficiency for passengers getting off/on the vehicle. Equipped with FPT C9 310HP engine and Voith D 854.6 automatic transmission gearbox, the vehicle significantly reduces the labor intensity of drivers. The monocoque body also greatly boosts its rigidity and reduces its overall weight, thus cut emission. Also, with the engine mounted on the side of the vehicle, the bus boasts more spacious passenger space.

The vehicle is developed on the basis of XML6127 and is fully in line with European Emission Standards. Measuring 12 meters in length, the vehicle is equipped with FPT C9 360HP Euro VI engine and ZF transmission gearbox. With fashionable exterior, the bus is lighter in weight and greatly helps its operator cut operating costs.
