On the back of its parent company, JMC, JMMC is committed to developing and producing buses and coaches that achieve high safety standards, high reliability, high environmental friendliness, high fuel economy and high travel comforts. In response to the central government’s call for a development road which is innovative, green, open, coordinated and shared by all as well as the strategy to develop urban public transport first and speed up the application of new energy vehicles, JMMC is grasping the great opportunities to realize its own transformation by developing electric buses and hybrid buses.

Having successfully developed a number of state-of-art technologies and set up two production bases in Nanchang Xiaolan Economic Development Zone and Wangcheng Changleng Industrial Park, JMMC is capable of rolling out 6,000 units whole buses each year. In addition, the company has set up a well-connected sales & service network across China. Its products have also made their way to a number of countries in Asia, North America and Africa.

Set up in 1958, Jiangxi Firefighting Vehicle Manufacturing Factory (also known as Nanchang Automobile Factory) is the predecessor of JMMC. Chiefly involved in developing and producing firefighting vehicles, light-duty SUVs, and buses, Jiangxi Firefighting Vehicle Manufacturing Factory got its current name JMMC in November, 2011. In February, 2013, JMC integrated the business of Nanchang JMC New Power Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
