Yutong’s Bus Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Project focuses on the automation and intelligent manufacturing of energy-saving and new energy buses. By integrating modularized design, modularized sales and flexible production of energy-saving and new energy buses, the bus maker is striving to roll out a new generation of intelligent energy-saving and new energy buses with a new height of automation level. At its exhibition stand, Yutong brought its ZK6115BEV5 and ZK6808BEVQ1 full electric buses on display, both of which fully demonstrate its impressive achievements in intelligent bus manufacturing sector.
On product life-cycle management, Yutong takes full advantage of modern information technologies and state-of-art manufacturing technologies. Focusing on customer orders, it fully integrates the whole production procedure, from customers’ needs, module development, order management, supply chain planning & collaboration, production arrangements, lean production, quality inspection & control, to delivery and services.
