www.chinabuses.org: On 18 August 2010, the inauguration ceremony of Suzhou Exporting Auto and Components Industry Cluster Demonstration Zone was held in Suzhou Industrial Park. Wu Wenwen, the general manager of Higer Bus Company Limited attended it as the representative and the president of Suzhou Industrial Park Automotive Industrial Association and made proposal of "Construction of Cluster Area with Comment Effort, Improvement of Product Quality".

Suzhou government builds up Suzhou Exporting Auto and Components Industry Cluster Demonstration Zone to further promote local auto and components industry and strengthen the regional competitiveness, referring to about 200 auto and components builders such as Bosch, King Long Bus. It has become important auto and components industry base in China. In 2009, the annual output value of automobile and auto parts providers exceeds 30 billion Yuan with exporting amount 1.8 billion USD in the zone, including the sales amount of 5.03 billion Yuan from Higer (exporting amount: 183 million USD).

Wu Wenwen made proposal to the related companies that they should hold "Quality First", social responsibility and independent innovation, in the meantime, completely improve the quality safety level of products and open new situation with common efforts for Suzhou Exporting Auto and Components Industry Cluster Demonstration Zone.

It is known that Jiangsu Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau has made three measures, Suzhou government and Industrial Park also set up ten measures to assist auto and components builders in increasing profits. With 2 to 3 years’ effort, it is planned to realize more than 50 billion Yuan in output values, more than 5 billion USD in exporting and importing amount in the demonstration zone and will become the national industry base with testing, design, development and manufacturing of auto parts for Yangtze River Delta Area in Suzhou.
