Mr. pointed out that Jilin auto industry made great progress last year, and its pillar industry role has strengthened. As the first pillar industry, governments of all levels paid much attention on the auto industry. And in the future they will continue to strengthen construction of four million whole vehicle production capacity and mating products to support development of spare parts industry in Jilin Province.

 
Auto industry developed rather well in Jilin last year, and it is also the first industry to rush out the dilemma. Auto output reached 1,235,000 units, up 44.3%. Avenue of the whole year were 298,200,000,000 yuan (USD), up 17.1%, 30% of total value output of the province.

 
As required by the meeting, spare parts industry will be placed as the core industry in 2010. And FAW will be developed by the whole strength of Jilin Province. And new energy industry will also be promoted to build an environmentally friendly society.
