www.chinabuses.org: The large-scale promotion of fuel-electric hybrid power buses has been made in Wuhan since 2010. On 1 February 2010, the first 15 buses were applied in the operation of No. 530 bus route. In recent days, there will be 70 fuel-electric buses running in succession in and increase to 1000 units within 2010.

There have been 100 or so fuel-electric hybrid power buses in operation on No.510,No.585,No.599 bus routes for testing of performance before.
