China Auto Dealers Association says the auto industry will blossom because of government's policy support. Auto industry will play a bigger role in driving the national economy in 2010. Mr. Shen, vice chairman of China Auto Dealers Association, says the continuing of the preferential polices for auto sales in the rural areas, auto sales in these areas will grow faster than normal period. He predicts that the sales growth will reach 30 percent year-on-year.

According to the government’s short-term plan, it will set nearly 4 billion yuan to subsidize new auto purchases in this year. This is four times subsidy than the last year. Auto experts say it is expected to have a larger influence on the industry.
