  • Interview Ying Qianhong, General Manager of Overseas Sales Company of Bonluck Bus Company

    Journalist: Happy to see you! As an industrial new incomer, would you like to talk something about the current overseas development situation of Bonluck?

    Ying: Bonluck began its operation in October last year, the first batch of Bonluck bus for America was off line after 3 months. And this year, Bonluck is aiming to produce 800 units, with value of 500 millions, thereinto, 90% are exported products. Bonluck has markets in Australia and America, also having a good situation in Middle East. This year, Bonluck is also devoted in Europe markets and to firm the markets in the third world countries.

    Journalist: What are the core strengths of Bonluck when develops overseas markets?

    Ying: Firstly, the quality of Bonluck products; secondly, the price of Bonluck products; thirdly, the service of Bonluck products.

    Journalist: How can Bonluck solve the problems of overseas after services?

    Ying: For example, Bonluck tries to cooperate with local companies; Bonluck offers a rapid response in Middle East market; finally, Bonluck finds right agents and so on.

    Journalist: And how do these works expand?

    Ying: For different markets, Bonluck has different operational patterns. In Australia and America markets, Bonluck bases on perfect net service of BCI itself; in Middle East, Bonluck will set up service systems itself. And the same is that Bonluck must offer clients a good after services.

    Journalist: How does Bonluck ensure its top grade product quality in Australia and America, which are two high level markets?

    Ying: Bonluck has excellent design team and three expert teams, including Australia experts group, European experts group and Middle East experts group. And also Bonluck will do the design with cooperated partners. Lastly, Bonluck has an outstanding international suppliers cooperation system, such as Caterpillar, ZF, IVECO, EATON, CUMMINS etc.

    Journalist: What about the productivity now?

    Ying: The first term of Bonluck Company can attain 5000 units annually, but Bonluck is not aiming to make a big order, but is to build a good foundation and to make a high quality bus.
